Familiarity with the Swimming Pool Industry would be advantageous

We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager who is ambitious, loves to win and enjoys creating long term relationships with a loyal customer base. To be successful in this role you will have the skills to actively seek new business, both locally and overseas, in addition to maintaining relationships with existing clients.  Computer literacy is critical, you will need to be a self-starter and will be expected to promote a strong customer service ethic along with a motivational “can do” team culture within the company.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A track record of growing revenue from existing accounts
  • Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience with local and overseas accounts
  • Proven sales success against targets in a B2B environment
  • Strong consultative approach to sales
  • Genuine commitment to providing a quality service

You will be:

  • A highly motivated self-starter able to work autonomously
  • A sales professional who readily takes ownership of targets and delivers results
  • Focused on developing strong relationships to grow existing accounts and establish new accounts
  • Prepared to travel interstate and overseas on a frequent basis
  • Committed to acquiring significant new business both locally and overseas
